We love Twitter. Twitter's SMS notifications was the killer feature we used to stay in touch with all our friends and family - both in Australia and Overseas.
When Twitter withdrew the free SMS service to us Down Under, we were annoyed. Frankly we felt cut-off. We understand that they couldn't afford it any more, but what is the point of Twitter without access to our tweets via SMS?
But instead of flaming the forums, we decided to take matters into our own hands. So we built twitsms. A way for fans to keep getting their tweets via SMS, based on a 'user pays' system per message. We figure that we are happy to pay the usual 'pick up' fee for every other SMS we get from friends. Why not continue to get our Tweets the same way?
Our mission is to bring you the first, most afforable, and best Twitter SMS service in the world!
